INNEO and Neoception agree a partnership for a digital Mittelstand

INNEO and Neoception have signed a letter of intent and are expanding their cooperation. The aim is to help mid-sized manufacturers meet requirements such as the Digital Product Passport. AXON generates Asset Administration Shells automatically and at scale, INNEO connects them to the customer’s PLM landscape.

Ellwangen, September. INNEO Solutions GmbH and Neoception GmbH are sealing their partnership and will further expand their cooperation. By signing a letter of intent (LOI) in early August 2026, the two companies have set out the path they will take together.

At the centre of the cooperation is the aim of strengthening the Mittelstand and supporting companies in unlocking the potential of end to end digitalisation along the entire product life cycle.

One concrete field of action arises from the growing regulatory requirements placed on manufacturing companies. The Digital Product Passport in particular confronts many companies with the task of making product related information available in a structured and standardised form across the entire life cycle.

This is exactly where the partnership between INNEO and Neoception comes in. The solution expertise of the two companies complements each other ideally. AXON from Neoception is the technologically leading solution for the automated and scalable generation of Asset Administration Shells (AAS), a central standard for implementing the digital twin. INNEO ensures connectivity into the customer’s PLM landscape and draws on decades of expertise in system integration for the implementation work.
